Jeffrey Pearson, MOT/OTR

Jeff received his undergraduate degree in Health from the University of Houston.  He earned his Master’s degree from Texas Woman’s University – Houston.  Jeff spent years in restaurant management and the wine industry before making the leap to a career in occupational therapy. Jeff believes in the power of connection to foster growth. He takes the time to build meaningful relationships with each child, creating a safe and supportive environment. He specializes in working with children with autism, ADHD, and emotional regulation challenges. Jeff has training in Social Thinking, dyslexia, and Handwriting Without Tears.

Christina Pearson, M.S. CCC-SLP

Christina Pearson brings 19 years of experience as a licensed speech-language pathologist, specializing in children of all ages. Her expertise includes apraxia, articulation, phonology, language, and feeding disorders. Christina earned her undergraduate degree in Communication Science and Disorders from the University of Texas at Austin and completed her Master’s degree in Communication Disorders at the University of Texas at Dallas. Christina is trained in PROMPT, Beckman Oral Motor, Social Thinking and Tethered Oral Tissues. She enjoys working with Assistive Technology/AAC. Jeff and Christina have been married for 14 years and have 2 daughters. They spend most weekends on the soccer field cheering on their daughters. The Pearsons enjoy traveling and camping in their happy place, Big Bend National Park.

Laura Cherry, COTA


Laura received her undergraduate degree in Allied Health from Texas A&M in 2018 – whoop! With her passion to help others succeed, she then pursued her Occupational Therapy Assistant degree from Lone Star College – Kingwood. Laura has 10 years of childcare experience, including that of children with special needs. A fun fact about Laura is she has an identical twin sister! In her spare time, Laura enjoys finding good deals while shopping and spending quality time with family and friends.
